Move image size configuration from config file to backend. Should be an admin only option.

After discussing it with Bernhard we realized that we have to decide if/how dynamic we want to design it. Allowing for more options (currently only 2: thumbnail and icon) that may be needed in future would make sense but may be challenging to implement.

In the end we decided to postpone it until the new frontend will use it because it will give us more insights about the practical requirements.
